Delivery/return



Important regarding deliveries:


 All our bases are packaged with the greatest care so that they can withstand the normal shocks of transport. However, it is up to you to refuse delivery if the package is delivered to you with visible traces of shock or opening. In the case of a deposit in your mailbox, return your package to your postal agency without opening it!

 We decline all responsibility for the condition of your base once your package has been delivered to you (carrier's tracking site as proof).

 For deliveries outside France and DOM TOM, any customs fees or additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 The prices indicated on this page are given in euros. In another currency the price will depend on the conversion rate at the time the order is placed.



Delivery details and price depending on your country:


1) For mainland France:

Shipping is done using La Poste services with tracking.

Fees are calculated based on the amount of your order.

Shipping costs are €5.90 regardless of the number of bases chosen. They are free from 100 € of order.

Indicative delivery time after dispatch: 2 working days


2) For the French Overseas Territories and other countries:

Shipping is done using Postal services with tracking.

Fees are calculated based on the amount of your order.

Shipping costs are €14.90 regardless of the number of bases chosen. They are free from 200 € of order.

Bases with “simple” options (size, color, varnish, etc.) fall within the standard framework of the right of withdrawal. Bases with personalized writing are excluded from the right of withdrawal, they are part of goods that are clearly personalized or made to order.

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his own expense, the base that does not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the product. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

The return of minerals must be done in a resistant package. It absolutely must be carried out with a tracking number. Basis cannot be held responsible in the event of breakage, loss or theft of your return.

In the event that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will have the choice of requesting a credit note valid for 2 months or a refund (which will be made within 7 days maximum). Reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

Only items will be taken back as a whole, in their complete original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. Any product which has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Basis reserves the right to ask the customer to reimburse documents proving their identity (identity card and bank statement justifying the purchase).
